Counselling & Therapy for Young Professionals

Hannah
Kosky
Psychotherapist MA, MBACP
Having worked in law and therapy, I understand the immense pressures of being a young professional. The adult world can feel overwhelming. You're juggling work, relationships, family dynamics, social media, dating, and the pressure to have it all figured out. All of this while your brain and body are still evolving.
I created this practice, alongside my work in Harley Street, as a space where young professionals can talk openly about their personal and professional challenges without fear of judgment, because I’ve been there. Together, we’ll explore what’s weighing on you, untangle the stress, and work toward a version of life that feels more manageable and fulfilling.
How I can help
My approach
Counselling, Integrative Psychotherapy, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
As an integrative therapist, I draw on psychodynamic, CBT, and humanistic approaches, alongside my own direct and engaging style.
I understand how daunting finding a therapist you truly connect with can be. Therapy is a partnership and I hope that we will build a relationship that feels safe and supportive.
Therapy can be a time and cost commitment. If you're unsure where to start, I find a 12 or 24 session frame works well with my clients. We can then review and see if you would like to have more sessions.
Fees: £75 per 50 minute session (online)
FAQs

What is therapy?
Therapy is a space to talk openly about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with a trained professional. It’s working together to understand your challenges, patterns, and emotions. Through therapy, you can develop self-awareness, build resilience, and find healthier ways to navigate life’s difficulties, whether they’re personal, professional, or both.
I have a demanding job with little free time. Can therapy fit into my schedule?
Absolutely. I work with busy professionals and understand the pressures of high-demand careers. I offer flexible appointment times to fit around your schedule. Therapy shouldn’t feel like another stressor, it’s a space to support you, not add to your workload. I recommend starting with a commitment of 6, 12 or 24 sessions, depending on your goals.
What happens in the first session?
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for how therapy works. We’ll start by exploring what’s bringing you to therapy and what you’d like to get out of it. I’ll ask a bit about your background, your current situation, and how things have been for you recently—including what a typical week looks like. There’s no pressure to have all the answers or know exactly what to say—this is a space to explore at your own pace.
